We offer plants, planters, garden accessories, and plant food for sale through our website and WhatsApp ordering.

  • As plants are natural products, variations in size, color, and shape may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (specify as needed).
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order through available payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking, etc.).
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Customers may request cancellations within [X hours] of placing the order. After this window, cancellations may not be possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Bangalore and select locations (update as applicable).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational delays.
  • Plants are shipped with care, but we are not liable for minor transit stress or natural wear.
  • Customers must ensure correct delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of plants:

  • Returns are generally not accepted for live plants.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • Eligible cases may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
  • Non-perishable items (planters, accessories) may be eligible for return within [X days], provided they are unused and in original packaging.

7. Plant Care Responsibility

Once delivered, the care and maintenance of plants are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for plant health issues arising after delivery due to improper care, environment, or handling.
