By placing an order through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns Policy
Live Plants
- Plants are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
- Natural variations in size, shape, and color are normal and not considered defects.
- Minor soil spillage or slight leaf damage during transit does not qualify for return.
Non-Perishable Items (Planters, Garden Accessories, Plant Food)
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be eligible for return.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We’re happy to make things right if there’s an issue with your order.
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear photos and an unboxing video as proof via WhatsApp or email.
- Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Store credit, or
- Refund (in eligible cases)
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for approved cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit.
4. Cancellation Policy

7. Plant Care Responsibility
Once delivered, the responsibility for plant care lies with the customer. We do not offer refunds or replacements for plant damage due to:
- Improper watering
- Lack/excess of sunlight
- Environmental changes
- Neglect or mishandling
