At  Plantsandplanters.in, we are committed to delivering your plants and gardening essentials safely and on time. Since plants are delicate, we take extra care in packaging and shipping to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver across Bangalore and select nearby areas.
  • For deliveries outside Bangalore, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Bangalore Orders: Typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or operational delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on select products or order values as part of promotions.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All plants are carefully packed using protective materials to minimize transit stress.
  • Slight soil movement or minor leaf damage may occur during shipping and is considered normal.
  • Planters and accessories are securely packed to prevent damage.

6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.
  • Customers are requested to be available at the time of delivery.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

7. Same-Day / Express Delivery (If Applicable)

  • Same-day or express delivery may be available for select locations in Bangalore.
  • Additional charges may apply.
  • Orders must be placed before [cut-off time, e.g., 12 PM] to qualify.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or logistical challenges
  • High order volumes

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photos and an unboxing video via WhatsApp or email
